Easy Disperse Dyeable Polyester Chip
Description:
New Easy Disperse Dyed PET Chip for Yarn Production
Description
Easy Disperse Dyeable Polyester Chip (EDDP) is one modified polymer, which can be dyed by dispersing dye under atmospheric pressure. It is made from terephthalic acid (PTA), ethylene glycol (EG), isophthalic acid (IPA), and polyethylene glycol (PEG). The glass transition temperature is lower than 70℃, the cold crystallization temperature is about 120℃, and the melting temperature is 252℃.
Features
Stable Property
Easy Disperse Dyeable Polyester Chip is obtained by destroying the molecular structure of PET through chemical modification. It is different from the Cationic Dyeable Polyester chip, which is made by charging macromolecules.
Good Dyeability
The processing method is polycondensation reaction. The addition of a copolymerization link improves the flexibility of the molecular chain, reduces the glass transition temperature of the copolyester, and destroys the regularity of the polyester macromolecule, thereby improving the Dyeing Property.
Excellent Hydroscopicity
The hydrophilic monomer molecules are added during the polymer polymerization, so EDDP chips have an excellent water absorption performance compared with regular ones.
Environmentally Friendly
Because of being dyed under normal pressure, it is energy-saving and can reduce pollution to the environment.
Application
1. Producing easy disperse dyeable polyester (EDDP) fiber or yarn
2. The end usages of EDDP fiber or yarn is to produce high-grade wool-like fabrics, yoga clothes, sportswear, etc.
3. EDDP fiber can help to develop advanced fabrics by mixing with natural fibers, especially blending or interweaving with wool and spandex. That successfully solves the problem of piece dyeing in the same bath while maintaining the unique style of wool and spandex.
4. EDDP fiber can also replace Nylon. It is more cost-effective compared with Nylon.
