Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the business support of the platform operation to ensure the stable development of the platform business;

2. Participate in and optimize the Department's business operation process to ensure team cooperation;

3. Provide platform business consulting services for users;

4. Accept customer complaints and solve them within the scope of authorization;

5. Network activity video recording and editing, mining excellent works, simple editing and processing of background information;

6. Cooperate with other departments of the company.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, love the Internet industry;

2. Strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth, diligent, positive and cheerful;

3. Good image, eloquent, mandarin standard;

4. Proficient in using computers, often surf the Internet, and can use office and other related office software;

5. Be able to adapt to day shift and night shift;
